My other half came to me and made a confession that she had lost her key to the 75, I was not best pleased bearing in mind the cost of replacement, we searched high and lo for it, but to no avail, but I had a broken one given to me when I bought the car,so bought a blank from flea bay, had it cut at local locksmith, pit all gubbins into shell and working, cost £32, very happy.
Her car is parked on gravel area in front of house, about a week after sorting out a new key I spotted her 'lost key' under the back of her car half buried in the gravel, now a 3 key owner. She now has her key on same ring as her car with the key lost insurance tag.

We Made an example of some of the the Spuds yesterday by ripping their skins off and crisping them in the oven.... Yum ..

that'll teach em to take my keys !!!

..

And just to add to the story ... Ran the FHB up this morning and it flattened the ZT's battery low enough not to start ... just a click or two !!

well it is the original battery.. first time ever.. too many short journeys recently ?

Well can buy 2 batteries for the price of a Key!

So had to use the ZR anyway !!

Ouch

and you think a ZT has a hard ride !!!

My wife was at the Kent Show Ground with her mother in the spring and rings me up to inform me she has lost the key to the tourer. I had the saloon up on stands to replace the rear pads and was just about to start dismantling when I get the good news.

Boxed it all up and set off down there with the spare key. I get there and exchanged a few choice words about the cost of keys, and left her standing there with the spare set.

Several hours later she arrives home to inform me she found them in the bottom of her handbag (just how much stuff do they have to carry around in those things?).

Lucky escapes eh!!
