Hi all,
Mine is a 2.5 Auto, i used to have a 2.0 V6 manual that returned around 18mpg during town driving. In my 2.5 i get around 350 (26-28mpg) out of a tank around town and when i went on the motorway last week i got the trip computer up to 41 mpg not that bad, but hey its a 2.5 V6 and forgot the fuel it uses, if you want fuel economy get a 2.0 CDTI

My V6 2.5 only returns an average of 23.5 MPG and that’s with all types of driving.
But then again I never bought it for economy but the looks and reliability!

I get around 28-30 MPG and I'm pleased with that.

On a recent trip down to see Lates, I averaged 20mpg, mainly motorway driving.

I'm happy with that; I didn't buy a ZT190 with economy in mind!

My fuel computer says 28.5 per gallon and it works out the same if I check it manually.
I drive it quite hard but most of my driving is on open roads.
I used to get the same from my 190 as well so its obviously just spoilt by driving in traffic.

Everybody

Many thanks for all your posts. Clearly I have to get used to the thirst for petrol around town. Having no 'computer' I can only check overall consumption from tank to tank fill-ups.

This is still one hell of a nice car, though. Off to France, Switzerland and Italy in it in June !!
