Classic to club climate control system

Hi

I have a basic Classic which I'm quite satisfied with, however I wish I had the better climate control system in the club.

I was in a breakers yard the other day and got some bits off an early 75 club and noticed the climate control panel lying there in the car. I was wondering therefore how easy it would be to convert.

Does anybody have any experience with this?

It isn't easy at all I'm afraid, and nothing simple like changing the panels over.
