Default Grab my jugs please - and that's on Bake Off!

Just a snippet for those who may have missed this, oh, probably most of you. The Great British Bake Off is back on the Beeb, and though I don't like the presenters, as opposed to the judges, when a contestant drops a line like that, it's funny.

One of the best shows on tv, there were a few funny on liners last night, I think they were making up for Sue not being there

I do like a good double entander even if I cant spell 'entaunder'

On the way home yesterday we passed through a village called Limpy Stroke

Well, that kept me giggling for about 10 minutes. SWIMBO was not amused.

Why is it that women don't have a sense of humour.

North of Salisbury on the A343 is a place called Jacks Bush.

I usually call SWMBO and say "I am just going through Jacks Bush!"

And No - she is not amused either............

We go to Padstow every May for the Mayday celebrations...

One particular cottage is named 'cyntwell'.... and no, if looks could kill, hers would shatter small planets.

There are loads of places down here in Devon and Cornwall with weird names, I don't take too much notice but I have friends come down and they say some place names are rude.
I always say at least you will remember it.
