We had this discussion on the mgf forum and the consensus was that to get real gains you would need the head ports matched to the manifold like the vvc does

absolutely no performance gains to be had,this aluminium unit is more serviceable than the plastic version fitted to this engine..most notably extended inlet manifold gasket life.
