Electric seat making a noise

when the electric drivers seat moves forward without anyone sitting on it, it makes quite a noise, when I sit on it and it moves forward it is quiet. not sure if to describe it as a vibrating noise, runner sticking noise, rubbing noise.

any ideas?

mine do that as well ...do not think it is anything to worry about though
