How comfy does that leather look!

Finally looks like you have a custom air intake and the exhaust is de-catted. What other mods do you have to take it to 171?
its a pioneer unit LOL

Where does that modded intake pipe go to, at the bottom..?
Its routed down to the bottom sub frame where its fix above the engine tray pointng toward the small vent which has been opened up. Its not right up against it though. You can just see it in the pic.

All the mods of this car are covered on the .org, but the main ones that give the best results are the remap that gives about 156, but then the engine is choked and performance reduced (**** without other mods) due to the restricted air flow, so the air intake was modified. Then the problem of exhausted gases been restricted escape, so a large but not over noisey back box and decat. This gave the best performance. Also, it has a rover ron synergy unit the gives that extra boost in addition with the helper spring.

The EGR was removed, but a clean one shouldn't really reduce power in theory...

The remap was then again remap and fueling increase. The car still gets 40-45 every time. And the power is really amazing.

so thats the quick summary. A lot of the work was done by TiRich. Hale TiRich!

regards
Rich

Sounds really good, I've only got a Tune-it module on mine, similar to the synergy but no maf sensor. Might look at a de-cat next although where do you stand on the mot with this done?
