My Molly in her favourite box

Still not sure what breed she is - some have suggested Russian Blue.

We only ever had one cat, when I was young, it had several screws loose! My father got it as a kitten from a farmer, probably God knows how many generations farm cat. It was best mates with the dog we had, didn't give a toss about us unless it was hungry, even then it didn't show affection, it screamed at you and if you weren't quick enough with the food it dug its claws into your leg!

Yesterday at the cat rescue.....

These two Puddy Tats came into us after sadly their owner passed away and trapped in the house for some time.

One has had to be shaved as the fur was very badly matted and both needed veterinary treatment.

Thankfully they were found before it was too late for them.

Considering their ordeal they are both very friendly cats and I'm sure they will get a new loving home together very soon.

Great photos Jeff, full of atmosphere and emotion. I don’t know if anyone else gets the same feelings as I do from your cat photos, how they often pull at my heart strings and make me want to go “ahhh”.......
