How can we recover when there is no investment, there are continual cuts and the Government is doing headless chicken impressions ?

the margins of if we are or are not in a recession are so small i have given up bothering to read about it! TBH i over spent on stuff i didn't need when the times of borrowing were good and now i tend to save up for things i need. The only thing that me off is the lack of chances to get on the property ladder because of the buy to let boom and now big deposits that are required for first time buyers!

No! Double dip recession, the economic “growth” is so small that any setback can put us back in recession.
To get the economy going again there must be incentives to get the general public spending in the high street again and banks should be encouraging small business with loans etc.
