Well that's two dives completed now, a long way to go to catch up with Claire, here's a pic of the bay we dived in.

This vid was very helpful but maybe not accurate for the "purists"!

Keep on trucking!

God, its like bl00dy January out there, cold north easterly breeze turning into a full on wind. Light drizzly rain blowing around in it as well.

Same here. Been raining all day. Turned very cold now. I might have to put the heating on.

Missus already has the heating on It cleared up a bit this afternoon and was warm in the greenhouse were I've been potting on seedlings into bigger pots but it's gone chilly now.

Ninja cat brought me a mouse out of the garage & dropped it in front of me only for it to scarper off I've set the four traps with peanut butter & shut the garage up.

Got a tray of different fish cuts & big prawns off the reduced shelf this morning so made a creamy fish dish with rice & peas for tea tonight.

It was the same this morning for us, it was pretty cold before it rained again.

Got a chicken Thai green curry bubbling away. Need to get more red & green Thai curry pastes, just scraped enough for tonight. Always use "Mae Ploy" (manufacturer) pastes, best you can get, tried others but not as good. Used to get them in most supermarkets but its primarily specialist eastern food shops now. Search for "Mae Ploy" on Tescos website and the closest match you get is a pop up kids play tent

Did my good deed for the day earlier, had to free a wee Robin that got into the kitchen. Dunno how it got in, the door was only open inches 4-6". Made Ging's day when I texted her, she reckons Robins are my late father visiting us. Just after his funeral she was standing at the kitchen door and there was a Robin sitting a few feet away looking at her.

My sister swears it's butterflies for ur late dad. Are those really hot currys Steve? I like to try different foods but if it's a curry it has to be mild.

The TSW3 people have been banging out different routes out lately from Midland main line Nottingham,Leicester, Derby with a Paxman engined HST & a class 158 Sprinter.

Routes in Germany, Japan set in different time lines which are awesome but at £30 a pop it gets expensive until they have sales & I pick em up for half the price or better.

The next one out shortly is another steam locomotive route set in 1963 on the then Peak Forest lines which will incorporate banking operations in service mode to navigate steep inclines with a Fowler 4F locomotive ,

Oh cack!!! We had been packing up my late mother’s home furniture for a charity to collect it, we took a few empty boxes and some sharp knives to take to our local tip thinking they were now open every summer from April until to October til 8pm. When we went tonight the council have changed the whole year from January til December 8am until 6pm, so we will have to go tomorrow early to the tip.

They are a wee bit fiery Ian but not in the bumburner category. Really depends how much paste you use.

Green Thai paste goes well with chicken, use chopped up chicken breast or thighs, red Thai paste is excellent for fish/seafood. The fish/seafood curry, cook the sauce then add the fish/seafood at the end to heat it through, don't do what Ging did once! She made a fish curry for a friend but put the fish in straight away, it fell to bits and she ended up with red Thai fish soup
