Hi Mike, Just a few thoughts.

is the wiring long enough at the back of the car to swap the connections to the sensors over or if you have a spare known good sensor, plug it in and see if the fault persists/ moves or is eliminated. That would prove that part of the system.

In the past Russ and others have found corrosion on the main abs plug though.

I tried two new sensors, no change. Mike Noc also suggested sorrosion of the modulator plug contacts and this i'll check tomorrow. I do have a spare new unit though that's a bit of a hassle to fit if I have to bleed the brakes.

You will feel much better now your gall bladder has gone, I know I did though can't tolerate too much wine any more and curries affect me unfortunately.

Some modulators the electrical part just unbolts and you can leave the hydraulic part intact on the car. It might be a fiddle but better than undoing it all.

Might be worth looking at before you disconnect it all.

Now establised that the problem is with a rear hub as the sensors pass the static test once the error code had been cleared.

Fitted a brand new rear hub which has NOT solved the problem.

Another new hub ordered in case the first one was faulty.

Watch this space!
