Morning all, still grey here, the rain has stopped for the moment though, looking forward to the weekend as the forecast is for sunshine 👍

Hi All
Well it's dry and overcast but with a little underlying warmth here on the south coast and I have just cut the grass and picked a few more strawberry's, I can't believe how much fruit we've had from just 8 plants this year. Forecast looks better for the next week or so although we've not suffered the deluge that many of you have received over the last few days.

Afternoon one and all.
We've gone back to grey skies, no sun and a tad on the cool side - after it rained most of last night.
Never mind, the missus has kept me busy stripping wallpaper in the smallest bedroom - great fun - not

Not when part of the process is using a steam stripper - too dangerous for me

I was never good enough for the clientele at the Navigation - the Bongo Club over the border was more my style

Afternoon all, OH! My giddy Aunt! Just had to lie down in a darkened room wi a sherry.

I've been trying to get an appointment for an haircut since Saturday but everybody is booked up for weeks, even the 5 quid barbers, you cant just turn up for an haircut any more, everything is by appointment only.

My missus enquired at an hairdressers yesterday if they had any cancellations & left our phone number. They rang this morning to say yes this afternoon if I want it.

All the chairs are petitioned off by perspex screens & it looked like I had my haircut by a cyberman out of Dr Who

Had to leave my details in duplicate & sign the register in case I need to be traced Then she said that'll be 18 Quid
I thought I was going to faint Never spent so much on a haircut in me life

I'll need a few bottles of Henry's tonight to get over the shock.
