MG ZT front bumper onto 75
Does anyone know how easy or has anyone done a conversion to fit the ZT front bumper/grill unit onto a 75. Its only a thought but I have to say that the ZT looks superb from the front. Surely its quite an easy procedure as they are really the same car?

I believe its an easy swap over. You just need to make sure you get the indicators and fogs with the ZT bumper.... its something i'd really like to do too, but the Monograms have to take priority

A few members have done this and it's as easy as Juzza says.
Also if you have a mk1 75 then you might have to swap the bonnet catch over but this is easy to do as well. |

This is the one I'm talking about - with the MG badge "removed".

It was always my intention to do this before I bought the 75, but I ended up falling in love with all the chrome.. Dead simple though, and ZT's do look mean in BRG!

I'm shocked. You've all got it the wrong way around. Put a 75 bumper on those MG things.
After all if you are going to follow in Rovers footsteps you could at least give them the credit

Thanks guys, just the answer I was looking for, its good to have the pics also, they really do look good. I agree with Carl that it is nice to see the chrome, this is something I will look into and see if the ZT bumper can be modified to accept the trim. I could easily take a mould off a modified ZT bumper then bang some out in fibreglass. This may now have to be scheduled into my forever growing list of jobs
