I thought I'd covered everything then regretted not cutting the good sills out.

The OSF wing was already accident damaged.
I took everything I wanted from it, any more and I'd have no room to move in the man cave. I was thinking of the sills but upon close examination they were not worth saving.

DONE: HAD A CRAZY IDEA THAT I HAD TO GET RID OF MY MG ZTT DUE TO NOT HAVING A DRIVE AND HAVING TO PARK ON A BUSY STREET WITH A VIEW TO GETTING ANOTHER ONE AT A LATER DATE WHEN I HAVE A DRIVE.

ENDED UP REALISING IT REALLY ISN'T PRACTICAL NOT HAVING A CAR TO GET AROUND AND I NOW OWN A VW EOS 3.2 V6 INDIVIDUAL (1 OF 20 REMAINING IN THE UK WITH THAT ENGINE AND TRIM COMBO) EVEN THOUGH I STILL LIVE ON A BUSY ROAD WITHOUT A DRIVE

Looking good Pete, just one thing, when I was doing a bit of research for my project for quad bi-xenons with an led border strip, the flexible strip came with the extra wire for the amber indicator, so I thought about connecting it up, but was pointed to this site.

It would appear that only one indicator per side is allowed, so I'm not sure they'll pass an MOT

I suppose you could put a switch in the feed to turn it off at MOT time..

I had been thinking of this design for my own car for a while, I was going to delete the front indicator and replace it with a spot light...

thanks for the link...

Those pesky regulations get everywhere!

Random question Peter, do you know of any sources for a 2.5" bi-xenon unit that is not H1 fitting?

I'd like to find one in D2S, but I can only find 3" in those, and they won't fit the main beam.
