Door lock probs 75 con SE 2001

For the last 2 weeks my locks have been playing russian roulette.

This week - All doors lock via the fob

Driver and nearside passenger door unlock from console button- front passenger and rear offside will not lock via console button

Last week - all doors except front passenger opened and locked on fob and console button

Have done battery reset - no change, fob battery ok. Anyone have any ideas?

A brief analysis leads me to think it might be the locking mechanisms themselves getting stuck. Hopefully someone will be along with a bit more detail of how to resolve the problem as it's not something I've experienced bar the odd frozen lock over winter time.
