Default key problem

the two little rubber sections used to lock/unlock the car have disintegrated and fallen out. i am left with the two tiny little black bits in the hole.
this making it difficult to use .
what can i do??
i don't have a spare key and neither did the previous owner . so i am a bit perplexed as to how to solve the problem without having to spend out on a new key.

Luckily circuit boards contain all the information on them needed to open/lock your car. If you can get hold of a second hand key then you can just transfer the innards over - et voila!

Alternatively, if you're a dab hand with a craft knife you might even be able to fashion some temporary rubber buttons from a suitable material.

Look at Greeners' post in this thread for how the key comes apart. http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...ad.php?t=26674
