What do you mean the end?

The handle part is easily removed from the main body.

I recently removed mine and dismantled it to replace the bushes that allow it to 'click' in to place. 5 min job and much more responsive now.

have a look at this thread it might help ?

the top bit is held in by a tiny roll pin , you can find the little hole round the rear ??

the pin is pushed in from one side ony so cannot be pulled out , well I've not found a way.

I used a tiny drill angled up to cut the slot you see in the pics then pulled off the end.

thanks for those helpful posts guys,
i recently upgraded my ipk and the indicator stalk with button was broken and had broken mounts and as such would not indicate right without flashing main beam
after stripping both the new and old apart i realised it was easily solved as there was nothing wrong with the arm , the part that was broken was the locating lug on the part with the three springs and was easily changed by removing a gold clip that allowed the arm to be changed over

many many thanks for the replies though
