I'm expecting a call from INDIA .

For about 5 years now iv'e used a dongle to get online on my laptop .
15 quid a month for 3 GB (on 3) .
Well last night i finally managed to get online using the wireless connection in my new house (faster by miles).

So i emailed 3 cancelling my contract (one months notice).

Soooooo i will be getting the call from god knows where with an accent even a SCOT cant understand asking me why i'm cancelling and trying to talk me out of it , he will offer me all manner of reasons not to cancel (as they do) and wont really be listening when i say no thanks over and over again .

OH JOY.

Not necessarily - I've had a mobile broadband customer call customer service and get passed to retentions, both of which were based in India.

Usually it's in the UK for retentions at least.
