Kenneth you are a few steps ahead of my installation. I think you are nearly there. Why not try and give Sean at Radio Guy or Jeff a call and ask to arrange a 'talk through' for when it is convenient. I wish I could help. But am a novice in these matters. It looks like you need to have a cuppa and break.

Ok for anyone having trouble tuning their Dvb Receiver this may help.
Please note this is for the cheaper gold coloured Dvb unit not the Black one that has a different menu system

that is exactly what I done in your video, scans for channels, the number in the bottom left of screen goes up steadily as does the percentage of tuning, but when finished it just says data disabled or something to that effect, have I got the aerial on properly , would this make a difference,

Yes the aerial needs to be connected properly
But also if your in a weak signal area you may not receive anything.
Find out where your local transmitter is and maybe drive the car nearer and see how you get on!

i have connected the aerial correctly, but i have changed a couple of things since getting this outcome over an over, first i changed the address thingy to PAL from what ever it was , AS MENTIONED IN THE STICKY,and i tried to search the auto scan, before i tried the srea scan, and also manual scan , but just eft that option as did not know what to do.
