Yes, both the Fascia and its Eyelid cover are each secured by a pair of self-tapper screws.

I fitted the DD-Facia and then inserted the Unit. Not possible to do it the other way around because of lack of clearance. The front display surroundings of the DD Unit are several millimeters larger than the DD-Fascia aperture.

I took out the Redundant CD drive in the boot and am currently searching for a correct size box , hopeflly with a drawer to fit in its place, to use as a tool box .. rather than replace the boot lining on that side

Been using mine for a few days now. Pleased with it particularly considering how much it cost.

I just need now to find time to read the Chinese>>English scant Instructions that came with it which at first glance, appear "Double Dutch" not double DIM-DIN to me ... Double Dutch... in the PC-riddled age could that be considered racist? Naaah. Dutch is not a race John Boy, it's a Nationality ... like English.

I now have two MG ZT 1.8Ts with a DD Screen set up. Here's the one in the first ZT I bought five years ago :~

Some have told me that's a BMW Unit.... Anyone confirm? or, deny.

OMG!...... A BMW .........

If your DD surround is like mine was, a very tight fit, go easy with the file and remove a little at a time and trial fit several times until you are happy with the fit .... not loose and not tight.

... .....Enjoy.
