well worth a read, it seems the head of BMW at the time created lots of uncertainty at the launch

Very good info. I have a copy of Autocar on ebay for sale and its a test drive in a prototype R75. 5 page article with all sorts of info like they crash tested 120 cars in development and it shows the computer images available at the time in design etc. Interviews with designers too.
Probably everyone on here has one so Im not doing a cheeky sales pitch.
