I had a really nice time and really enjoyed the trip with the air con blasting away.

Nice to meet a few new friends and looking forward to attending the next one. Hopefully it will again just be a social occassion for me.

How did our lone camper get on?

Our July nano meet is only about 3 weeks away, as always please come and join in, enjoy meeting like minded owners of R40 or MGZT V6 1.8T 2.0 diesels or V8.

If you are in need of any guidance as to how to do a certain job you car then this is the place to be, help is always at hand to guide you through the process, be you fitting power fold mirrors, new seats, steering wheels, drop links, air filters, PCV filter, O-rings, fans, lights, this list goes on.

Good banter day and evening if you stay for the meal? or for a chat round the fire in late evening.

HI David
Excellent you are now a regular great meets aren't they

I will be in attendance both days, I am fully prepared with the usual items in tow, plenum spyhole trays, I really surprised that at every meet at least a couple of the plenums get fitted I would have thought every car had got one by now, intercooler O-rings, coolant caps with new O-rings, gold resistors, inline stats if needed please remember you would also need at least 1ltr of coolant, interior door handles, rubber door seals if required, handbrake compensator, I also have fans for each model should one be needed if so please drop me a PM same for lower engine mounts, see ya all in about 15 days cheers Arctic

R.E lower engine mounts - How will I know if one has gone bad? Will there some sort of vibration going through the cabin?

HI David.
Only one lower engine mount and if the car as never had one since new it is most likely on it's way out or already gone, you might get clunking noise when first selecting gear, or D if Auto, also vibrations in the cabin, it only takes about 15 minutes to check so take a look at the nano
