Youngsters Bored during Holidays.

I've just read this, and it does make you wonder.

"Periodically, teachers are blamed for Truancy levels on the grounds that their lesons are insufficiently interesting and bore the pupils who attend them so they truant.

We now hear from the Government today that thousands of youngsters released from the Classroom face boredom and commit crimes during the summer holidays."

Draw the obvious conclusions.
