She's home .
Very subdued but home safely. On Gabapentin & doggy paracetamol for the next 8 days and still no diagnosis . I think it'll be a steady and quiet week. As an aside I checked on the mpg for our gentle run home the 30 odd miles from the hospital in Derby. I am impressed...... Thanks for all your love. |

That's good Andy, hopefully she'll shake it off herself.
Been a sticky hot day here, temp was supposed to drop but didn't drop that much. Was planning to get on with trimming the ivy but too hot for that. Just been out to water the garden and immediately got nailed on the calf by a wee black fly thing with a bite like a bl00dy Rottweiler |

Here is something which could be of interest as you posted up previously about having a colonoscopy. I was recently chatting to a friend who cannot have a colonoscopy with sedation because of his bad heart. Following a stool test for the presence of blood in his poo, he had a CO2 Colonoscopy CT scan, where Carbon Dioxide gas inflated his back passage and large bowel. The night before the test, he had to drink a mixture containing a tracer contrast element iodine for the CT scan in the morning. The only side effect from the test, was lots of breaking wind releasing the CO2 for about 15 minutes after the test finished and no pain before, during or after the test. The results: Diverticulitis and no bowel cancer. Have a great day! |

Morning all, It's wet out there from overnight rain which will save me a job of watering. the plants.
Got an appointment to see the urology consultant this afternoon for the results from the MRI scan & prostate biopsy.

Morning everyone.
It is a sunny start to the day. Much cooler as well. Had the most amazing and fantastic day out yesterday with my niece and her fella in St.Ives . And I got the privilege of feeling the baby fighting to come out.

Morning all.
Quizzie cuddling today . She had a good night - well, until 5am anyway. Looking a bit brighter and much more normal ablutions - which I reckon is good. Very clingy to her daddy. Thanks for the concern and good wishes. |

Bvgger! Not the best news from the urology consultant, All 24 prostate biopsies showed signs of cancer & I've got the highest Gleason score of 10 .
They've got me in for a CT Scan tomorrow morning followed by a Bone scan next month then they'll go from there as to what happens.
