Good morning Richard

How many times have we been here before over the years?

Does Fiona or your family know you are writing suicidal ideas on this forum? Expressing suicidal ideas and scaring your mates when things get rough is not the answer.

Let’s call it out for what it is: Depression

Last time you went through this, one of your medications was stopped as suicidal ideation was a known side effect, but now it’s resurfaced.

If I may suggest Richard, you make an appointment with Fiona’s psychiatrist to be seen as soon as possible. You should not have to suffer like this because depression is treatable, there are also ways of learning to cope when things feel hopeless.

Keep posting.

Cool

Morning everyone.

It’s raining for a change but we have booked the sun to make an appearance this afternoon.

Last night I attend the monthly CMGOC dinner. Unfortunately the pub forgot it was our club night and didn’t reserve our section. So we had to cram into a smaller area, but dinner was ok.
The Bear took it all in her stride getting me there and home again.

Morning all, what is everyone up to?

Today we have a memorial service to go to. A family friend died of a heart attack a couple of days after I had been admitted into hospital for my cardiac event. I knew I wasn’t ready to go and I didn’t see any lights at the end of the tunnel, how lucky I was. He went to a different hospital and I wondered if he had been taken to the one I was treated in if he could have been saved. It was his second heart attack and he was younger than me, what a sad loss. Jessica will be going without me as I am still recouping my energy.

RIP

Morning all.

Jack's been to visit again.

I thought he was off to the North Pole for his holidays before now.

Bird feeders need filling and I'm due to relocate the goldfish in MIL's garden pond to a mate of mine a bit later.

Then off up North.

I'm looking forward to getting out with Rich and the tea and cakes at the cafe at George Stephenson's birthplace. Quiz is looking forward to the sights and smells and then taking up residence on Rich's sofa after our walk.

Take care everyone.

Morning all,

Can only echo everyone's thoughts to you Richard. You need to seek medical help. There will be better days to come. You CAN and WILL get your life back.

A bit nippy but at least it's dry with very little wind (outside that is)

Off to Braintree again for work this morning and tomorrow so hope that the weather plays ball for the next few days.

Catch you all later.

My folks used to have a pond with fish but eventually gave up and filled it in. Had all kinds of bother with crows etc, even herons were treating it like a buffet!

Bright and sunny but a cold wind here.

Happy to report that my guts have finally kicked into normal function following last weekend's "intrusion"! Got to go through it all again at the start of next month
