LOL I've just moved some planters out of the direction of the wind & tied some daffodils up with string to stop them getting battered down. I've just re-potted 10 plant pots of dwarf sunflowers out this afternoon & they'll have to be moved now Looks like we're in for -C overnight temps too Thursday night Lots of potato tubers just bursting up through the soil too, I'll need to protect them from frost too.

It was the boss I saw yesterday, not one of his minions and he was apologetic about not acting on what I told him a while ago. He reckons the lack of energy is more to do with the hormone levels than the anaemia so he's going to chase up whoever is supposed to organising the investigation into that. He was describing what's going on so I said, basically the liver is performing its main function reasonable but at the expense of everything else its supposed to do. He said he couldn't have put it better himself. Liver function is so stable he's going to put me on a nurse review rather than seeing one of the doctor team.
Thank you Steve for the update, so your appointment with the consultant went off rather well and your liver function results were in your favour. It makes a difference when your being dealt with by someone who knows what they are doing. Are you satisfied with the explanation given?

Morning Richard, understood and thank you for explaining things. Private health care is expensive and costs vary from region to region.

I am sorry to read that private care is not available for you, although a few months ago, some NHS trusts had negotiated with the private sector to take NHS patients.

Keep us posted

Colchester and Ipswich for me today. Hoping it will stay dry and I can get some work done .
Morning Jeff

Thank you for posting up the Ploughman’s, which I enjoyed seeing

The visit to the DVLC yesterday in Nairobi went off very well and it was a boost to my confidence and the lungs are clearing the fluid out with less breathing problems. The new license will be ready for collection next week and I will send a driver to collect it.

What are your plans for today?

Morning everyone.

We have blue sky this morning with a few clouds dotted about. Lots of rain in the night.

Morning Phil,

Good news all round then

I'll be in Braintree today, Friday and Saturday for work. Thankfully the weather is a lot better than yesterday !

Might treat Zed the Ted to a bit of local sightseeing on Sunday if the weather holds out
