Cool

Banana is home. Now had a wash along with the Bear. Been a expensive day. Filled the Bear up with go go juice and paid for Bananas repairs.

So just recovering with a large single malt.

Morning all, what’s everyone up to?

Not a good day yesterday as I had pushed myself too hard the previous day. Today I am cutting back on the number of lengths I will swim in the pool from 20 to 10 and see how it goes from there. A bit cooler today at 28C, for some 28 is too hot.

Also my insurance for the van has been renewed in January with no email or increasing the price by 25 extra a month, this is my fault in a bump last year . I'm going to contact them to get my insurance changed to stack cos I haven't started my driving without being allowed off yet.I really don't care if I get taken away permanently..
Morning Richard

Just a few passing thoughts,

It’s great Andy is able to call in and see you.

Is a health professional/advocate looking after you in the community? You could be referred for occupational therapy which is used to work on your motor and coordination skills through personalised activities and practicing exercises in hand movements, speech + writing therapy and to push/motivate you.

You certainly need psychological support to get you through the downers Richard, but I don’t know what is available in your area. Fiona might know or our friend Brian.

When you have got all of that together and working in your favour, it could be the time to talk with your customers about the future

We all need a plan, short and long term. My plan is to get fit so that I am able to drive and then fly back to the UK.

Morning Jeff, how is Ros and how are you?

When I was in ICU, my blood glucose spiked at 19.9 which was a first for me. It came back down to 5.6 two hours later. The doctors didn’t flag it up again, but I am thinking I ought to keep an eye on it. Can you please recommend a brand you trust for monitoring of the blood glucose?

Morning Phil, take it steady for a while, I told you all this exercise was bad for you!

A nice start to the day here, got a couple of rover jobs this morning and a visit from a member on here and a certain doggie later today (safe trip down mate)

There aren't places any wear local. an òther places are getting by use of a bus, none are local here and need of half a day on the bus , plus I need to somehow keep my existing customers. If I don't hhave my head lump operation, it's its 6 months before I can start to work which means the majority well have new window cleaners. I am really structure on how to keep customers faithful, after what will be 32 years in service. I can see been free lock by the time of working again
