Local council had a litter picking day Saturday

Plenty of Wheelie Bins blown over and the contents everywhere

Got to do it all over again

Lonely days are long
Twilight sings a song
All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Morning all, it’s wet again today it was the same yesterday afternoon ,it chucked it down all afternoon until early evening.

On a positive note it’s our silver wedding anniversary today, can’t believe it’s that already

It was ok, the cake is nice , but very rich icing could only eat one slice, had a sneaky slice before bedtime though

Congratulations Rich on reaching 25 years of marriage - only another 25 and you'll catch up with me ( well, next August anyway)

Happy Silver wedding anniversary mate.

Do something for yourselves - perhaps you could wash the car and your wonderful, long suffering lady could hoover it .

Have a great day whatever you do. .

It's a chilly, overcast and variably dry/damp/chucking it down morning so far. Not nice at all - more like November .

Spoke a bit too soon about not having any after effects from my second Pfizer jab. Nothing specific just feel very tired and generally off. All a bit weird. Hopefully a couple of days and I'll be back to normal - well, as normal as anyone on here gets .

Take it steady and look after yourselves.
