Bedlington is really nice, plenty pf open spaces and quite reasonably priced like Cramlington.

Thanks for the replies.

They have moved to Guide Post, but into a short-term rental house as their property had sold and then buyer backed out at last minute, so it is on the market still.

They have finally sold the house and bought one, not far from the rental.

Sounds like it needs some work, they have already installed new boiler, kitchen and bathroom.

Hope they will be happy there, slower pace of life and all that.

Apparently you can hear the sheep in the fields not far away.
