Nom Nom Nom that looks good Jeff, we had pulled pork barm cakes for tea which were very nice indeed.
The new microwave finally got delivered but not a clue how the thing works I was supposed to read the manual but I've been noodling on guitar all afternoon.

Weather not looking good for tonight

Morning everyone, It's a grey day with rain expected this afternoon, I don't know whether to risk my back mowing the lawns and put the Autumn grass treatment on them to see if it keeps the moss down over Winter.

Morning all, nice and sunny (but cold) here this morning.

Afternoon folks - another manic day for me:

• Took sister to hospital for minor op. to remove chest drain - told it was going to be mid-afternoon before she'll be ready to come home.
• So, went to a small out of town shopping mall - got a few bits'n'pieces from Tesco, and wife spent an hour looking at clothing in Pep & Co.

I wandered round like a headless chicken - whilst reading three text messages:-

• Reminder from doctors - appointment for blood letting on Monday morning
• Reminder from dentist - check up on Tuesday morning
• Reminder from Honda dealer - service and MOT due on CR-V in mid December

Now - we need to do the main shopping - so that means Morrisons and Aldi - and then, subject to a telephone call, we need to go back to the hospital to pick sister up.

Must have seen it a dozen times but I still enjoy it.








Tonight's tea is pork chops slow cooked in the oven with oven chips I made with Swede,sweet potato & carrot

I am not surprised with all that going on.

One more day of work for me, then Sunday off thankfully. Clocked up 50 hours already this week.
