Hi Rod,

Wishing your sister all the best with her recovery Sir.

Just had to order a new microwave this is the second Sharp microwave where the powder coating on the interior base has lifted from the metal leaving rusty holes the glass turn table looked like a roller coaster going round, What a pile o poop.

Sharp sent us the second one but it went the same way after 6 months light use.
Bought a Samsung microwave this time......skint again.
Haha, no I could eat fish everyday, in fact there are times I probably have, but I much prefer it fried with chips or in tomato sauce out of a tin.

Ian, are you leaving the microwave door open after use?

Yeah we leave the door open to get rid of the condensation & also wipe down with a kitchen towel after every use, both of the microwaves powder coated finish broke up under the glass turntable where the wheels run on. the floor of the microwave turned into big rusty holes

I had an email first thing this morning saying my delivery slot for the new microwave I ordered yesterday was between 11:00 and 12:00 today........ Still waiting nowt turned up.

Sounds like you not mistreating it, must be made of recycled Renaults....

Annoying when you get a delivery slot and nothing arrives.
