Well, it’s finally happened the pair have been fined. It will be an interesting few days ahead.

I think the fine itself will be zero on account of the claimed financial hardship.

Just reading Tom Bowers' excellent unauthorised biog of Johnson The Gambler where many say it was almost impossible to get him to buy a round - so he's skint and always has been. He’s an interesting rogue, just shouldn’t be in politics never mind PM. He’s good on panel shows like ‘have I got news for you’ and such like. I would be ashamed to be his parent, mind probably it’s bad parenting that has produced him. He’s been lying through his life since the womb and believes that he is a law unto himself, where rules and conventions don’t apply to him. It will catch up with him in his present job, I have no doubt.

He must be livid given that he repeatedly said there was no parties and that he wasn't there and that it was a work meeting and that he didn't know it was a party and that no rules had been broken.
