Thumbs up

Just a point of interest if anyone is coming a fair distance & staying overnight then there are a few other tourist attractions to contemplate.
About 2 miles = Riverside Country Park.
About 4 miles = Chatham Historic Dockyard.
About 4 miles = Fort Amerest. (In Chatham).
About 5 miles = Historic Rochester ( Castle/Cathedral/Charles Dickens centre etc etc.
About 7 miles (through Medway tunnel) Upnor Castle.
About 15 miles = Bluewater Shopping Centre.

We are also only about 9 miles from Sheerness & 16 miles from Leysdown - 2 places on the coast of The Isle Of Sheppey.

If there are going to be a fair number of members coming I guess we could if you want have an area specially for the 75/ZT club & if so why not get a banner done & advertise the club! - Photos will be taken & added to the website.

Brian,

There is a B&B in Sittingbourne which is about 3 miles east of Upchurch called the Beaumont. It's actually on the A2 going through the town, so is easy to find. A number of my family stayed there when they were down for my wedding and said it was very nice. There is off street parking and there are pubs and a small Tesco near by. It interested, I will look up the phone number.
