Jessica asked me to get some cheap white wine or beer for cooking. We have wine and beer but it is several years old, which we keep for visitors. How long does beer last before it goes off?

Dismal start to the day after yesterday’s sunshine.

Done another marathon walk yesterday, walked to the bridge over the Tamar, then home again. Got caught in a downpour but the sun did come out again.

Morning all,I wish it wasn’t hardly any sleep again last night stress level through the roof . I discovered equipment failure and damaged by the severe frosts last week. If I can’t get the replacement part today at the local supplier,I will be unable to work for the rest of the week because it will have to be ordered by post, this will take 48 hours to arrive. It’s part of the water purification process and there is nowhere else in the area I can get supplies.Also it would have been dad’s 87th birthday today and instead of going to leave flowers at the remembrance garden at the crem, I will have to try and get this part then fit it before I go to work and the crem will be closed by the time I finish work.
