I had a quick glance at it through the blinds in the early hours after a trip to the loo, the eclipse was in progress but it was so cold getting back under the duvet was a higher priority.

Ooooh, that brings back bad memories.

One of my workplaces had a loo which had a lid like Arkwright's till, it was the source of many a clipped moons.

A quiet day here and I had better not talk about the weather, but this evening whilst locking up the outside laundry at the back of the house, I was confronted by a large black Cobra heading my way. Its head was up and its horrible tongue was sticking in and out. It must have been about 15 feet long. I quickly side stepped as much distance as I could and fortunately, it did not attack, it carried on with its journey round the back....somewhere. I think I will watch a movie to help me relax and not think about the snake.
