Evening all, It cleared up this afternoon & this evening has been nice albeit cool & windy, the missus has just put the central heating on

Been watching a few films & catching up on a few car restoration projects I follow on youtube. You've gotta love youtube for the sheer content of very watchable stuff on there.

Roast beef tea tonight and I'm as full as a pig.

Morning men (and any ladies too who are tuned in). I'm on the "not so daft o'clock" school run this morning, so I don't need to leave the house 'til 7.45am.
It's bright and sunny - wall to wall out there, but having had a quick wander up the garden and back, it's still pretty cool.
I'm walking again this morning - 3 miles should help avoid any danger of not fitting into my wedding suit in 3 weeks' time

Good morning all, good morning Rod, great stuff with the walking. I have a phone app which tells me how many miles I walk. Some days not much and some more. To get round the forest and over to the stables, then back to the house is 1.7 miles. The weather has been bad since Saturday with heavy rains
night and day. I checked the long term forecast and it’s wet here for the rest of May with temps plummeting to 13C. My birthday is on 3rd of June and I told Jessica I want to go somewhere warm and sunny for it. We will be heading out into the desert for a safari. I checked the long term forecast for Lincoln and it said it is not going to get pass 20C until August, but it’s going to warm up in Devon and Cornwall Commiserations to the Lincolnshire fraternity Hopefully those weather bods are wrong about Lincoln a beautiful and historical city ....
