Default “On behalf of Environmentalists, I apologise for the Climate Scaare.

I read this article by Mike Shelenberger in the online Forbes Magazine day before yesterday. It’s a very interesting article that destroys the hype and scare stories pushed by the likes of ER and Greta.

Well researched, backed up by hard data and facts - it puts forward the accurate and sensible idea that concentrating of just one singular notion, that CO2 is the sole culprit for the ills of the planet, is a mistake.

I would certainly recommend a read.

However, the “Green Taliban” were outraged that such a respected Environmentalist challenged their “religion”.

They spat their dummies out, stamped their feet and forced Forbes Magazine to remove the article.

It’s still out there and if you google it you can read it.

The Extremists have well and truly shot themselves in the foot here because they had not counted on the “Streisand Effect” - by trying to censor the article they have actually drawn more attention to it!

It’s circulation now well exceeds by several orders of magnitude the usual Forbes circulation.

They really are a bit short in the “smarts” department.

Definitely a plug for his book but a welcome addition to the climate 'debate.'

Default Snake Oil.

Non truer than the converted. He is converted by his own involvement in the industry and the hypocrisy and dogma of those desperately searching for legitimacy in a crowded arena.

I remember as a child seeing the fabled sandwich board chap walking around the Pierhead in Liverpool with the message ‘The End of the World is Nigh’. Well, it didn’t. Amazing how once again to be reminded that there ain’t nothing new in the world.

The Funny season. Two viruses that both decimate the credibility of so much we justifiably take for granted being trashed with the mute assistance of cold eyed purveyors of mass media. Couple that with the sudden rise of legions of mathematicians who can’t count achieving prominence. Lilliput.
