I was looking for a mk2 spare brand new. Im best looking for a new 190 engine if anyone has one hint hint as thats my priority. Under 70k and if it doesnt work I will set fire to your underpants.

So pab are you saying that the IPK in the link will fit both a diesel & a petrol engine car and that a T4 will accept this fact, and not thow up any faults ?and all anyone would need to do is change the dial if so i wonder why they differ in price when new ? as i am sure i have read or heard that an IPK must either come from a diesel oe a petrol and can not be swapped i could be wrong of cause i am sure one of the T4 guru's willlet us know.

Not too hard to swap them old chap, as you say will need to get it t4'd though!

Do you not have to changed the light lear as well ? red should look good with the GG and the black dash

No need to t4 if you are swapping like for like just swap the eeprom over
