Default Oh my head is going

I just noticed i was losing coolant below the exhaust manifold so checked coolant and yes have little bits of gunk floating around, so what do i do now, is it worth fixing and how much would it cost

A proper repair should be less than £400. It's a good idea to sort it sooner rather than later.

That all depends on liner heights, which need to be measured.

I would tend towards the latest blue Payen elastomer gasket over an MLS.

And would you use the head saver shim under the Payen elastomer gasket

That depends on the head height after and necessary machining, and the quality of the fire ring area.

Thats great Tom, i wonder could you help me on something else i need to replace the front catalytic converter and was wondering what size exhaust sleeve do i need to fit the front exhaust.

67mm rings a bell, try and confirm though. I'm on the train at the moment so can't check.
