Feeling a little better now mate, still not 100%, so I have reduced work to part time for a couple of weeks.Just thought I would pop my head round the door to let everyone know I'm still alive.

Hi mate. Glad to hear you're feeling a bit better - and still alive . Doesn't look like we'll be coming up North for a bit but when we can I'm looking forward to having another chat over a cuppa or two. Take care. Andy. |

Productive day. Got the washing done and out on the line before 9am this morning. Then off to the garden centre, with Banana, to get a few bits, popped into the Apple Barn, it’s a village grocers. Bought some cakes and a few rolls.
Home and then off to the tip with some garden rubbish, I normally take the Bear but I took Banana this time. Got a few looks and a couple of compliments on the colour. Home for coffee, and cake. Then phoned the doctors for an appointment for my flu jab, next month. Phoned the chiropodist and got an appointment for next Friday. More coffee then got the washing in, all dried. And everything put away. And chilled out for the rest of the day.

I ended up HAVING to speak to the doc Andy, after a third meltdown in 4 days. I am feeling a bit less stressed now as things are gradually sorting themselves out. Still not quite 100% but as Boris said at the beginning of restrictions easing " baby steps". I'm hoping that just doing part time again this week will get me sorted and back up to full power by the following week. Its been a wake up call, I have a mate who was a senior paramedic and he said to me don't ignore these signs, if this happens again you need to stop before you drop.He said its my system telling me its had enough and needs time to rest and he had seen this kind of thing happen so many times with. blokes in my position, mid 40s to late 50s , sole trader + stress = prime candidate for coronary or stroke. Warning heeded.!
