![]() Does anyone have a V8 with satnav and HK premium sound? Where does the amp fit - there's already a lot of stuff in the boot area and if I want to add the HK setup I can't see where the amp will fit.

![]() Yes. The amp fits to the underside of the parcel shelf.

![]() Isn't that where the HK sub woofer goes on a saloon? Doesn't the amp mount to the bracket that holds the sat nav drive on the right hand side in the boot?

![]() Don't know about the V8, but on the V6 saloon, it's like this, below Sat Nav bracket RHS of boot:

![]() Thanks Guys.
I haven't looked behind the trim yet, but if the satnav is already in place, is the bracket different from the version with satnav only? You can see where this is going - if I fit the amp, do I need to change the satnav bracket or does it have unused fixings to accept the amp as standard?

![]() Prices shown are before VAT. I did a check on www.thepart.com but it seems that neither part numbers are available anymore. So a scrappy may be your best bet. Here's another angle of it, showing more of the bracket. ![]()
