Left chest near my shoulder is a bit sore and aching a bit, so have to take things easy for about a month. No lifting left arm higher than my head, no carrying head items , no riding the bike and no cutting the hedge.
All this for about 4 weeks, only 5 months without faints to see if I get my licence back again.

Yes my gp is sent a letter about what was done yesterday , and I have a letter to airport and ship securities to allow me searching away from magnet walk through machine and be searched in a different method.

Good morning Richard. It won’t do you any harm to be on light duties with no lifting or carrying for a month.

It’s useful to have a waiver letter allowing you to skip the airport security machine so it doesn’t upset the pacemaker.

Well done to you

Cool

Morning everyone. No rain for today, well that’s what the weather says.

Shopping day. Then later on I’ll get some gardening done.

I stink! I've been decanting comfrey tea that's been sitting in the sun in a big barrel for a few months into plastic milk bottles for liquid plant feed & managed to slop it on me again Rain stopped play.

Oh so it’s Lancashire it’s come from, I thought I could smell something outside, although I can’t smell or taste anything at all ,but you must have stunk a lot for me to smell that.

ASDA Lasagne for tea tonight followed by a few bottles of Henry's, I think The sun has come out & the humidity is terrible, there's nowhere to go to get out of it. 'Orrible.

Morning all, I’ve just got up and the hospital told me Wednesday, that the next day or two I would be feeling tired fora day or two.
It certainly seem that way, I couldn’t be tired to get up yesterday or today .

Morning all.

Batten down the hatches, storm incoming. Gale force winds and torrential rain.

Still on high from last nights experience. I was given the opportunity to ride in the 645 BHP V10 Lamborghini Huracan STO. Steve, the owner, switched it from auto mode to manual mode. Oh! My! What a difference, it went from being a pussycat to a roaring tiger. Does 20 mpg on a good day.
