Default Front drivers door card fixings

Can anyone help please?
The door card on my newly purchased car has now completely fallen off! When I bought it, it appeared to be only held on by the screw under the window switches, this has now given way.
I've looked at all the posts on this and the pdf which Colin has kindly posted to replace the deleted Photobucket photos and searched on ebay for Door card clips. I've just bought the outer clips and the fir tree clips, they seem to be in abundant supply, but none of the others.
I haven't been able to find any of the other fixings that are required they appear to be completely missing.
Can someone please send me links for what else I need to buy please?
Many thanks.

Sounds like you need the square clips that go on the door behind the pull handle pm me and I'll send you a couple buddy
Also drill a hole in the outer edge of the door card and put a self tapper through
'Shiner' showed me that trick years ago and I've never had loose door cards since
Regards
Chris
