When replacing the above seal is it just a straight forward replacement or do you need to add any form jointing compound?

Hi...mine was leaking from the front of the 3 "heads". Significantly worse in very cold weather and all but sealed when engine hot.
I followed the how to's that I listed in my earlier post. Tool I used was eBay item no. 222393256837 Take your time and you will be fine. I didn't change the metal seal from rimmers. Last edited by howardf; 30th January 2018 at 16:41.. |
