Cool RWD Rover 75 (Actually a 2004 BMW e46 320d Touring) ****SOLD)

Moderators - if this is in the wrong place please could you advise me?

2004 BMW 320d SE Touring Automatic

Just picked this up from a neighbour 100yds away. It looked great and had just two owners (the seller worked at Park Lane BMW; sold this new then when it came back in px in 2007 he sold it to his brother so a fully known history).
Full BMWsh until 105k then specialist. Full mot. Semi Auto ie PRND or use shifter for sports auto or semi auto.
Very well kitted out:
Xenon headlights
Full climate
Heated Black Leather
Auto Lights
OEM head unit with CD changer
16” alloys
135k miles

Faults:
Remote CL not working but 3 keys all ok
Rust on OSR arch
Wheels a bit chipped
Tailgate window not opening
Usual M47 vibration when cold then ok on the move, not sure if it’s Hydramount/Pulley or tensioner but performance doesn’t feel like it’s injectors.

I bought it thinking it would replace my ZTT but I can’t bring myself to sell the MG, which has dead AC at the moment hence decided to change.
Frankly it’s not a bad car and I like it but she doesn’t (in a big way!) and I’m just going to run it whilst my left foot recovers from a fracture...
Available now if required but really will be looking to sell at the end of the month.

Just want what it owes me: £1500
Located near Reading, Berks

Thats why the first line of the post reads,

"Moderators - if this is in the wrong place please could you advise me?"

You may have the problems (tailgate window and central locking) in this thread on PH:-

It's a common fault.Hope it helps. Rover 25 had a similar problem with breaking wires in hatchback loom!

Thank you for the info and for moving to sales.
I’m now converting a 2002 Previa into a camper so don’t need the BMW so it’s still for sale as described, only new issue is possible leak from the fuel return (leak off) hoses, under investigation but nothing that stops me using the car daily.
Price still around £1500 but would actually be interested in a smaller car suitable for a 30 mile each way commute, ideally an auto…
