Having been here for half of the decade, I can only echo what has been said, I had my last 75 for 5 and a half years, were it not for the help and advice received from the club, I wouldn't have kept it as long, never mind bought another 75. Which incidentally, I have just covered over 1000 miles in on two long trips in the last month, and wouldn't want to take any other car on a long trip.

I was a 'lurker' before I bought my diesel. I was trying to find out its foibles, oooohhhh missus, for around 12 months before buying a 75. I decided that the club was such an informative and happy place to be, with members always willing to help with any problem members and non member had. I joined in 2008 and have watched the club grow to what it is today. We have 'guru's' who have developed a network of support throughout the country, many thanks to them for helping to keep our cars up to scratch and running perfectly . Here's to the next 10 years.'

Happy birthday to the club, and a massive "Thankyou" to all those involved in running the ship, both past and present. Definitely the nicest place to stay on the whole interweb. Cliff

Like many others I suspect, I used the knowledge of the Club and its members to point me in the right direction when buying my Rover - the first car I'd had to buy with my own money in nigh on 30 years, so a BIG decision After purchase, the treasure trove of information, plus online and face to face help, all kept that Rover on the road - and me solvent and sane.
Now sans Rover, I wouldn't dream of leaving (or not paying my annual fee) the Club - the friends and aquaintances I've made over the past few years are worth a massive amount to me, and if I can give newer members even a tiny percentage of the help I've had - I'll be a happy man. Many happy returns to the Club, its members past & present and the team that keeps it running Now where can I park my non-MGR transport at Eden Camp next year where no-one will see it?
