A couple of pics for those who are doing this job. The first one shows theECU mounted in position. Note that it is at an angle to let the glove box fit.







All 4 switches fitted. I still have to fit the elements for the heated seats and the rear sunblind switch is just there to fill the hole. Although if I saw one cheap somewhere...:lol:

Yes

The aftermarket ones were tons better

Thanks for the piccy of the ECU space, looks like I'll have no problems finding somewhere to fit it, even without the bracket.

BTW in the pic that I've reproduced above, I think that the cruise master switch is installed upside down. I'm not certain but I'm sure the image on teh button should be the other way up?

Yes - and also a whiter light. My aftermarket kit was 6000K and by comparison, the OEM xenons appear to be about 4100k

Possibly they may look better after the obligatory alignment.

Are the ECUs model dependant or are they all the same?

Very tempted to add this if it is so simple.

Replace in tank fuel pump with Peugeot alternative
Dismantle and re-fit interior and seats
Retrofit electric memory seats without the loom
All followed at your own risk!

Available to borrow: I have a home made (tried and tested) Cam Locking tool for M47 should anyone need it.
