So I've done a bit more digging, and the closet point of reference I can find is Oakley Gardens, which is an apartment complex for the elderly situated directly opposite the house where the car appears to be parked (if it is the right car that is.). I've told Pete the postcode to the Gardens and the possible house number based on the google images available.

Needs to be careful keeping an untaxed car on a pub car park. Will be clamped and towed by the DVLA in no time especially around that area. The contractors for DVLA untaxed vehicles are only based in Bloxwich now and they are constantly out around surrounding area’s.
