Drove it to the beach, enjoyed a pleasant couple of hours in the company of my wife and my PBGV, oh and roughly eighty Italian Spinones and a single GBGV
Drove it home after a nice hot cuppa, and planning on doing nothing else today Brian |

Oil and filter change.
Adjusted track rods to straighten the steering wheel up. Adjusted handbrake at the rear drums. Great to get these bits out of the way - still a few jobs to do over the next couple of weekends but these were priority. It was really grating on me driving round with a wonky steering wheel and having to leave her in gear when parked up. |

Gave the Bear a good blast up the A38. The fuel gauge can certainly move.

Had to sort out the airbag light after a trip up the coast. It was the passenger side needed contact cleaner on the yellow plug for a change! All fixed and back to normal in less than five minutes.

In for its mot today. Failed on n/s track rod end and imbalanced front brakes. Bit annoyed at the second as it’s only a couple of months since I replaced all the brakes and cleaned up the sliders. Oh well, first fail since I’ve owned the car so can’t complain.
Advisory for 3 tyres showing slight wear on the outer edge too. I knew about that, I rotate my wheels front to back regularly and there’s still plenty of life left in them and wasn’t expecting it mentioned. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

After buying a pollen filter for my conny cdti over 2 months ago as no idea when it was change last, I studied Artics guide and photos today then went out to try and replace it expecting bruises and cuts from wrestling with old one , But to my surprize turned out job was pretty straight forward and no cuts etc or naughty words used ( Oh old one was black and full of bugs and dust )
