Default And at last.........

.......I have the perfect excuse to make an undignified exit

On the way home tonight, after the ZT disgraced itself, I realised something very important, that I should have picked up on much earlier.

Being a member on these boards no longer holds any appeal for me in any shape or form, and my continued presence is not only disruptive but destructive.

I would like to thank everyone who has put up with me for the past eight years, but now is the time for me to slip into obscurity.

Best of luck to one and all, and a special thanks to Reebs for making this so much easier to do

All the best for the future ladies and gentlemen.

Such a shame it's come to an end Brian. Thank you for the help you have given me.

I tried to PM this message. I know there will be some who will be glad to read of this, I am not, for I think it is a sad day for the membership. Even when at odds to others, you still offered advice and solutions if you could.

I didnt get to post something I had to hunt out, and then forgot which thread it was in, but HERE it is. This happened about 10/12 years ago.

Good luck for the future Brian, and thank you.

what to say........

it seems this Club is Cool if you agree with everyone and Pamper Egos

Be Bold enough to be Upfront and Truthful and the Clique will use Thinly Veiled Attacks on your Character to Force you Out ?

Brian is a MAJOR ASSET to this Club/Forum especially to folks like myself here on the Forum

I've certainly had a lot of Technical Advice here from Brian in particular - and i see him offering Technical Advice on a lot of folks Issues REGULARLY

I can appreciate You probably Offer more to the Club/Forum than you Receive back

I Hope you Don't leave tho

Paul.

And there goes a wealth of knowledge, that didn't need to happen.

Oh my god, one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people lost to the club. Yes his replies were found to be abrasive by some but they were always honest and straight to the point. Really this club needs to give itself a good shake and cut members a bit of slack, I’ve never seen Brian blatantly break the rules, just unbelievable how rigid rules and egos have got in the way. Hope to see you around somewhere Brian

Very saddened to read this, I shall forever regret that I never made it "up north" for Brian to give my car a once over .......

Good luck for the future Brian, I will certainly miss you..............
